Built Green Program Development

O'Brien & Company has been involved in the development of more than a dozen Built Green programs around Washington State and beyond the region. The firm has coordinated and facilitated local steering committees through technical work sessions to create or update checklists, as well as compiled tip sheets and case studies, created third party verification protocols, forms, and field guides. Our work has resulted in regionally-appropriate Built Green programs that are developed by builders, for builders, through an interactive process that encourages program ownership and participation.
