Our Team

We believe in a collaborative process that is integrated and inclusive and, with our diverse team, it shows. We have experience in many disciplines, including urban planning, architecture, education, landscape architecture, engineering, writing, construction waste management, facilitation, and more.  Our staff includes experienced LEED Accredited Professionals, Certified Sustainable Building Advisors, ENERGY STAR Verifiers and Performance Testers, and Built Green Verifiers.

Although the firm has three service areas, most of our staff work in multiple areas.  Our interconnectedness allows us to be strong and provide a consistent level of service to every client.  This cross-pollination also helps us take advantage of the insights gained in projects on the ground, at the policy level, and in the classroom.
